Medical Laboratory Students Society

 

The Medical Laboratory Student Society (MLSS) is a student group that is open to students in Medical Laboratory Science, Genetics and Diagnostic Cytology programs. The MLSS organizes fundraising and educational events on campus including:

• An annual bake sale to raise funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada
• Participation in the Light the Night Walk (www.lightthenight.ca)
• Networking and community building opportunities such as trivia nights.

On campus MLSS organizes ‘lunch and learn’ sessions and speaker nights to connect current students with recent graduates and seasoned laboratory professionals.
